Simba, I think perhaps instead of it being deleted, you can make an archive board. Then if a roleplay goes unactive, you can close it and move it to the archive board. This will help with the following:
-People won't lose their posts
-People can still view old roleplays
-Dead roleplays (and any other closed thread on any other board) won't take up room
