Tigers of the wild

Sitarra sniffed the air and ran toward the tigers.
"Sitarra," they cried, "we were just hunting and we heard something in this direction."
"Yes, it was those tigers we smelled on our border. There were more, they're wild," Sitarra said smoothly, "but no worries, they won't come back. I'm going to go remark the boundaries and double check them, so would you please gather the others into a streak to get ready to go to the Gathering, all of you?"
They nodded, and raced back to the main camp. Sitarra turned toward Simba.
"Are you all right?" he repeated, the concern and gentleness in his voice once more.

Sitarra nudged her gently. "Why don't you go back now, so you can go to the Gathering with your streak. Then we can talk there, okay?" he murmured to Simba.

While the tigers were waiting for the others to arrive, Hollystream thought something looked familiar about Darkclaw. She looked at him a few times but she didn't want to stare. She could tell he was uncomfortable.

It was getting later and Hollystream was wondering if the other leaders will be arriving soon.

Simba gathered with her (forgot what it ws calledXD) They lefted to the gathering.

Sitarra led his IceyForest Streak to the Gathering. They took off to see the other tigers, and Sitarra kept his nose and piercing blue eyes completely sharp for the familiar bengal tiger he loved.

Hollystream was talking to Night when she saw both the Iceyforest tigers and the Meadowforest tigers approaching. She was glad the rest of the tigers made it. She nodded to Night and walked over to the two tribes.

Sitarra finally saw Simba. He walked over and nudged her face gently in greeting.
"Wait until you have to say what I have to say at the Gathering," he murmured.

Sitarra saw the leaders beginning to gather to get ready. He licked the top of Simba's head.
"i have to go with the others, now," he said gently. He bounded away lightly and gracefully, and stood beside the other leaders.

The leaders talked, deciding who would go in each order. Sitarra would go first. He let out a roar and everyone fell silent and began shifting their gazes toward the leaders. Sitarra's head held high, and he leaped up onto the rock that sloped upward, allowing the leader who's turn it was to talk be in a place where he could be clearly seen and heard by all.
"I will speak for my streak, Icy Forest, first," he began, "Prey is running the same as usual. We are pleased to say that Neo, Icy Forest's newest member for the year or two, has been making great learning progress, and is here today, finally, for his first Gathering."
The other tigers roared in congratulations to Neo, who was finally old enough that he-and his mother, who stayed behind to care for him, of course-could attend Gatherings now. Neo, another white tiger, swished his tail side to side happily, his blue eyes bright with pride.
"Now, for Icy Pack's greatest announcement!" he called soon, waiting for everyone to quiet down and react.

"Due to personal reasons, Montecore will take my place as leader at the next Gathering," Sitarra announced loudly. Then, as the crowd reacted, he stepped down and nodded that he was done.

The gathering soon came to an end. Now all the streaks just walked home together, until finally they went their seperate ways. Sitarra ran up to Simba.
"Let me explain," he gasped, "what I'm doing....why I'm doing this is...complicated, simply put," he said.

"simba..." he began, and his eyes became painful and he met her gaze, "I'm dying."
He waited a moment before cntinuing in a murmur, "My medicine tiger's been keeping an eye on me, but she doesn't know what's wrong. She says whatever's wrong will kill me, soon."
He took in a sharp, painful, shaky breath. "Noone else knows, we're keeping it a secret, i'm only telling you."

Sitarra began crying. he looked down and muttered, "I wish I was, I truly do." He looked at her and used his tail to gently lift her gaze to meet his. "But you know what? I'm leaving my streak first, I'm going to use all my life left with you, we're going to run away together, away from our streaks, Montecore is going to take over before the next Gathering, and I'm going to leave to be with you. we'll be safe, we'll think of an excuse to you, and I'll say I'm going to explore further territory for hunting, so if there is any better land Icey Forest will take it, so the streak will be at its strongest when montecore takes over. And eveeryone will think something happened to me on the journey."

she looked at his eyes. "Runaway?" She said. "Where?"

So far we just finished a gathering. Sitarra and simba are secret mates(from diffrent streaks) Sitarra tells simba he's dying so they plan on running away and spending the last of his time together.

The gathering ended. Hollystream and the hunters made it back to their territory. Days went by and all was calm in her streak.

Hollystream finished her fresh kill and was checking outside the camp. She felt as if she was being watched. She smelled the air and noticed there was a new scent, 'An intruder?' she thought. She tracked the scent to a large set of bushes. Hollystream was tense and stalked up to it cautiously. She saw movement and she spoke in her most authortative voice, "Show yourself or be prepared to be ripped to shreads!"

The bushes moved and out came Darkclaw. He appeared worn and tired. Hollystreams fur was bristling as she stared. "What are you doing on my territory? Do you Wild Forest tigers think you can trespass just because you have no leader or a code to follow?" Darkclaw shrank back. He answered slowly and cautiously, "Sorry for intruding Hollystream, I am not hunting nor am I here to show any disrespect. I am here to ask for your help."

Kargon shook with anger and turned his face away, "Whatever," He growled. "I could lead this streak better than that lump of fur." His tail lashed back and forth sending the long hairs in the tuffet at the end whipping around. He growled deeply and pushed his way away from the rest of teh group. Some sent him chilled looks.
"Stupid half breed." on hissed in his ear. He growled and stormed away.
"I hate this place!" he howled to the sky.

Hollystream's fur started to lay flat, she could tell something was troubling the young tiger. She sat down and nodded for him to go ahead.

Darkclaw began, "I didn't want to leave the WildForest, but so much has changed lately." He paused, reluctant to go on. "Ever since... THORN started pushing his weight around! The Wild Forest has been like a concentration camp. He is always barking out his orders." Darkclaw fell silent.

Hollystream knew Darkclaw was a young tiger, but he was smart enough and strong enough to hold his own. It must be pretty bad since he chose to go outside his so called streak to ask for help. With a long silence Hollystream broke the silence, "What do you want from me Darkclaw?"

Darkclaw begun, "Thorn has a plan... he has a plan to... to..." he grew silent then took a deep breath, "Thorn plans to take over ALL the territories and be the great leader! He has sent out hunters to ambush others that walk alone or with few tigers. I don't want to be any part of it Hollystream. I didn't know who else to turn to. I hope you can help me, help all of us."

Hollystream thought for a moment. "I want to know all the details Darkclaw. If I am bringing you into our camp, I have to know EVERYTHING." They started walking towards the camp, but she took him the long way around. She wanted to make sure she was doing the right thing.

She was cautious of outsiders. She didn't know if Thorn may have sent Darkclaw to get information about LavaForest. This would give the WildForest tigers the perfect opportunity to see their strengths and weaknesses.

Darkclaw told Holystream the whole plan. Hollystream thought the plan was complex, but there was clearly some things Darkclaw didn't know about. He didn't know of all the tigers involved in the plan. He told her of a few that were completely against it. Apparently there are several tigers that are ready to fight.
Hollystream and Darkclaw padded into the camp. The tigers noticed Darkclaw right away. Hollystream spoke with the Watcher and a few senior hunters. She then jumped up onto rock ledge that towered above the streak. Hollystream began with a roar, all fell silent. "Clan mates, Darkclaw has brought disturbing news today. Thorn is planning to take over ALL the territories. He and several other tigers are ready to fight till the death to rule all the land. I want extra patrols and more training sessions. We will not be chased from our land!" the streak roared with approval. I will be traveling to MeadowForest and IceyForest to warn the leaders." Hollystream jumped down and padded over to speak with the Watcher.

Kargon sent a glare to his former leader, "Just peachy. Why do you ask" He shrugged Sitarra's tail off of his shoulder and turned his eyes away. "Why do you care anyway. Just go spend time with your beloved she tiger. I can tell there is something between you." He turned his amber eyes to Simba and growled defiantly. With a snort and turned his burning eyes to the white tiger before him. "Dont bother with me. No one cares anyway. Just leave me alone." He pushed past Sitarra and stalked toward the forest.

Simba heard noises, scary noises. She stopped. It was all dark. She walked a bit more. He paw slipped. She fell down a steep hill. She rolled down to the bottom.
